As an Enterprise (Portfolio) Agile Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring Agile principles and best practices are being embraced and followed across a large portfolio of product and service offerings.
Core to our culture is following the values of the Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles therein. In many respects, you will be our chief agile culture leader. You will accomplish this by being a servant leader who teaches teams how to embrace the principles.
This portfolio is large including teams both onshore and offshore. The products span anything from large development projects with 100+ people to smaller innovation projects with only 3-4 person teams. Some of our teams are very advanced in our agile adoption, but others are still working on the basics. Helping all of these teams achieve GREAT delivery through Agile, Lean, and Iterative development best practices will be challenging at times but also extremely rewarding. This role is not for the faint of heart. It will come with very high expectations from leadership, and your job will be to further those goals through your work.
We are a “Hands On” and “Lead from the front” type of culture. Being part of this team, you may at times fill various roles based on organizational needs and your own abilities, including: Scrum Master, Team Coach, and Enterprise Coach. You seek to continuously improve your own skills, the effectiveness of your team, and the organization’s understanding of Agile. You measure progress using metrics and milestones. You adhere to the five Scrum values: focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.
If you find these expectations appealing, then you are a good fit for our team. We look forward to meeting you.
