MENTOR Oregon is currently seeking Full Time Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in a residential setting in the Gold Beach area supporting individuals with special needs. MENTOR Oregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a residential setting. Our DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.  DSPs will also partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance the lives of those we support.

Qualifications: What we require of you:
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be minimum of 18 years of age

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

  • Successful clearance of background checks
