Event Expert – Mobile Retail <?xml:namespace prefix="o"?>

Be the face of AT&T and meet our customers where they live, work and play. 

As an Event Expert, you’ll work outside of the retail store to introduce your customers to the future of AT&T technology and services. From community events to malls and music festivals, you’ll work in a variety of promotional set-ups (vehicle pop-ups, trailers, temporary kiosks, etc.) to drive sales within your own territory.

Event Experts are part of a collaborative team that design and implement events that provide hands-on experiences that showcase our innovations and demonstrate solutions. As a result, your ability to uncover the diverse needs of each customer will elevate the sales experience and reinforce the lasting relationships that sustain the rich history of AT&T.

Success in this role can be achieved in a variety of ways, but we’re looking for: <?xml:namespace prefix="o"?>

·1-3 years of retail, customer-facing sales experience (preferred)

·A high level of communication confidence – both interpersonal and in group settings as an advocate and representative of AT&T

·An ability to tap in to sales intelligence – making the sale is about understanding your customer, understanding trends, building the relationship and having the skills to bring it all together without losing your audience

You will also need to meet the following special requirements:

·Have a valid operator’s driver’s license

·Maintain an acceptable driving record

·Pass a qualifying physical exam
