Event Manager - Mobile Retail

Overall Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of the mobile retail store operations. Leads and manages an indirect retail sales team within the Mobile Retail organization to deliver on operational and sales objectives. Will provide visibility and guidance on event goals and will coach and develop team to ensure sales objectives are met. Communicates specific event promotions, tactics, and sales objectives. Manages event teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Manages mobile retail units and event kits, coordinates various events and projects for the territory ensuring assets are scheduled and maximized. Ensures the mobile retail stores have the appropriate products and adequate inventory levels. Conducts physical inventory counts, ensures maintenance and appearance for mobile retail stores are show ready, completes accounting and reports associated with cash receipts and prices. Will drive the mobile retail unit to and from events. Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: 1 to 5 years retail, customer facing, sales experience, 2 years sales management experience preferred. Supervisory: Yes.
