The Executive Assistant will serve as a core part of the team responsible for providing keen, highly responsive administrative support to the UnitedHealthcare Retiree Solutions (URS) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and his immediate direct reports. Additionally, this position will provide Business Segment Liaison support to the CEO and his immediate direct reports. This position reports directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff, Senior Project Manager, URS.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • 75% Administrative / clerical support – Including: answering the telephone, typing / word processing of documents, maintaining and coordinating multiple calendars, setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking and submitting expense reports, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance, supply requisitions, on-board new direct reports of CEO. This position does not supervise staff
  • 25% Business Systems Liaison – on-board new direct reports of CEO, transfers, terminations, and software requests

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in managing the CEO's expense reports, travel schedules, and calendar to include coordination of meeting with Senior Leadership staff
  • Current BSL and associated BSL support experience
  • Intermediate skills in the following Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
