Responsible for the project and administrative support of the executive team. Individual must be professional, articulate, and possess the ability to manage a demanding workload. This position requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Individual is expected to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Individual collects and prepares information for use in discussions / meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
 
Must possess the ability to develop and maintain key relationships inside and outside of the company. Individual will have frequent interaction with executive leaders within the company and across the enterprise. Must demonstrate ability to understand the leader’s intent and deliver expected results while exercising judgment within generally defined practices and procedures. Expected to manage executive scheduling / calendars, meeting / event coordination, and special projects as assigned. Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
 
Essential Mental Functions:
 
The employee must be able to think critically and solve logistical problems. Must be able to meet deadlines and perform tasks assigned by the manager. Must be able to work in a team environment. The employee must be able to communicate with co - workers, members, providers, and any others they come into contact with during the course of their employment.
 
Essential Physical Functions:
 
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essentials functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; talk or hear; and kneel. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive project coordination for key executive initiatives frequently without established procedures in a individually - directed manner
  • Provide comprehensive, high - level administrative support to the executives including extensive and complex scheduling as well as detailed travel plans and meeting agendas
  • Provide administrative support to other members of executive staff and team
  • Manage multiple calendars; plan and schedule meetings with internal as well as external participants
  • Make high - level contacts internally and externally regarding sensitive subjects
  • Create and edit professional presentations and project plans
  • Ensure that all company information - strategy, plans, proposals, quotes, etc. information is kept up to date and completely confidential
  • Relieve the Executives of as much day - to - day work as possible; anticipate needs, and involve the people you support as appropriate to ensure synchronization of thoughts about work
  • Other duties as assigned by Executive staff.

Required Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma / GED or higher
  • Experience with scheduling, supply management, preparing travel logistics, and providing follow up in a timely and organized manner

  • High level of communication skills - written and verbal
  • Resourceful, self - starter, innovative
