The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Leadership of Operations.
Strategy and Communications
? Strong, Self-starting, multitask Executive Assistant who can support multiple projects
? Review and reconcile expenditures on P & L; manage budgets and expenses of Operations Team
? Prepare presentations – BDAG, Marketing Partner meeting, BOD, Conference
? Manage communications plan to Operations Team, Managing Partners, and team members.
? Assist with the execution of the Market Partner meetings, plan Regional quarterly meetings
? Manage communication of field recognition (birthdays, milestone anniversaries, etc.)
? Partner with finance regarding monthly financial reports as needed
? Contribute to the long-term direction and strategy of Operations.
Office Administration Management
? Organize schedules, travel and expenses as needed.
? Manage calendar/phone/mail for Operations Leadership
? Review all expense reports and team expenditures on a weekly basis-Concur.
? On behalf of the Leadership of Operations act as a liaison to others inside and outside the company
? Handle, coordinate, prioritize and execute needs of the Leadership of Operations
? Exercise discretion and judgement regarding highly confidential and external communications with generally defined practices, administrative duties and policies
? Any other projects deemed necessary by the Leadership Operations

Education: College degree strongly preferred however expererience may be substituted
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as an executive/administrative assistant reporting directly to senior management. Experience in restaurant operations a plus.
Skills: Advance skills in Microsoft Office to include Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Must have strong organization, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
