Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides day treatment, residential treatment, and outpatient services for children and adolescents and other individuals with emotional & behavioral disorders. This position will be on the Rapid Stabilization Unit (RSU), where the average length of stay is 7-14 days and we serve boys and girls ages 8-18. RSU is a fast-paced team environment. This position is for a family therapist who will act as a primary therapist for 10-12 clients at a time and who will be providing family therapy services geared towards safety planning, identification of barriers to outpatient treatment services, and discharge planning. This position works in conjunction with a prescriber, individual/group therapist, and case coordinator in order to develop a plan of treatment focusing on a return to community and connection to appropriate level of services for the family's needs.
