Financial Analyst I

Reporting to the Director of Physician Compensation, the position will have a primary responsibility of calculating, monitoring, and processing physician compensation. Position will maintain an accurate account of physician productivity and other activities on a daily basis, and based on the terms of employment, process any and all payments due to the physicians. Position will also be responsible to review and benchmark information on physicians individually and as a group and provide reports to physicians and management on that information. The position will review, audit and report on financial statements related to the physician group, as well as make journal entries and month end reconciliation. Position will assist in various financial analysis projects and other duties as determined appropriate for the physician compensation department.

Minimum Requirements

Education

* 4 year degree in Accounting or related field,

Experience

* 3 years of accounting or Finance Experience,

* 1 years in Health Care setting

License/Registration/Certifications

* Must be proficient user of Excel and high understanding of database programs

Preferred Requirements

Preferred Education

* 4 year degree in Accounting or related field and Masters in Business Related Field

Preferred Experience

* 3 years of accounting or Finance Experience,

* 1 years in Health Care setting

License/Registration/Certifications
