The Flexchoice RN performs direct patient care assistance, as well as clerical and administrative duties in support of patient care providers; i.e. medical staff, patients, their significant others, blended and extended family members, and outside agencies.

- Have autonomy for decisions affecting professional practice Promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives
- bachelor's degree in Nursing Strongly preferred.
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Ability to obtain BLS
- At least two years of current nursing experience in a hospital setting within your desired specialty area.
