Primary Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to help people live their lives to the fullest by helping facilitate the delivery of informational, educational or promotional materials that provide a superior member experience, motivate and engage members, and ensure we bring innovative print and fulfillment solutions in a timely, accurate, effective, and efficient manner.   

  • Responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of data based on business requirements and keeping vendors accountable to deliverables and timelines
  • Input a large quantity of test orders through an online ordering tool, reviewing each of the orders after a digital proof is generated and ensuring accuracy based on original requirements, and incorporate newly approved items
  • Manage a large number of requests simultaneously & remaining organized & focused throughout the project process
  • Maintain and foster collaborative working relationships with team members, internal clients and external vendors
  • Conduct regular, extensive quality checks, ensuring consistency within the data
  • Review and understand project details of business requests
  • Supply vendors with Excel workbook of forms needed to complete programming
  • Hold vendor accountable to quality and production schedule and ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with global staff to deliver tasks and requests in a timely fashion
  • Receive, review and approve proofs (in conjunction with and/or on behalf of the business owner)
  • Keep leadership and business stakeholders apprised of potential or actual issues and provide regular status updates
  • Troubleshoot failed orders, research and resolve all issues in a timely manner
  • Relay final results of project to all requestors, closing out completed requests in tracking system
  • Organize hundreds of physical copies of letters as they arrive, bundling them & linking them back to the original request & delivering them to original requestors
  • Inventory control of material and logistics as necessary
  • Create procedures and job aids for all tasks or processes
  • Support the overall business goals by performing additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • BA / BS degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Visio & Word
  • Experience documenting processes & procedures, including workflows
  • Experience interfacing with business decision-makers & system end-users to prioritize and achieve desired outcomes
  • Experience arranging & facilitating meetings & presenting in front of an audience
