Location of Position: Ballantyne
Discover the rewards of helping families care for a VIP family member—their child. This position allows you to play an important role of care, safety and fun for children 3 months - 12 years of age. You will provide care for children of our client’s employees in their home setting. Your primary job will be engaging and creative care of the children; no cleaning chores or transporting of the children needed.
This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday- Friday. Availability between 7am-7pm is required. Shifts will be 7-10 hours per day.
Caregiver Will Embody the CNST Core Values and:
Attend to child in a professional manner and communicate well with children, family and CNST
Perform a variety of age appropriate tasks, including but not limited to: dressing, feeding, bathing, overseeing play, preparing food, managing behavior, cleaning up after children, and providing entertainment and creative, fun activities that are appropriate and applicable
Assist in development and learning of new skills for children
Help with domestic activities related to the care of the children assigned in placement
Work as a partner with the family as a trusted role model for the child
Submit online/mobile Timesheets for work within 24 hours of completion
Maintain updated availability via online/mobile calendar as directed by local CNST office
CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain certification
At least one year certificate from a college or technical school or currently enrolled in higher education institution
A minimum of two years experience related to care of children or child development in an applicable field (paid or unpaid)
Ownership of a mobile phone and consistent internet access are required for regular communication
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
