Position Summary

The position is responsible for driving revenue growth in Giant Eagle's online gift card mall and business-to-business gift card program. The position assists the Senior Director in all aspects of the online and B2B gift card business including but not limited to business strategy, promotional strategies, technology roadmap, and card partner relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and execute annual product and promotional strategies to drive sales and differentiate our online and B2B gift card offerings.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new programs and promotions to drive online and B2B gift card sales.
  • Research trends, opportunities, competitors and other factors that affect the gift card programs and aggressively pursue innovative initiatives to support growth.
  • Manage online and B2B gift card promotional calendar and budget.
  • Secure gift card participation in paid marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze promotional results and gift card performance.
  • Own day-to-day relationship management of B2B gift card partners to maximize distribution and strategically plan marketing efforts to drive efficient sales.
  • Oversee gift card fulfillment operation.
  • Help resolve guest services, loss prevention and store inquiries.
  • Partner with marketing to identify, implement, and evaluate strategies and tactics to drive online & B2B gift card sales.
  • Manage store execution including planograms, communications, and operational management.
  • Work with marketing, IT, supply chain and other internal stakeholders to implement and execute strategies.
  • Drive IT roadmap for gift card business.

Education and Training Required

  • Bachelors Degree Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications

Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years
