Our Health Care Coordinator Assistant serves our communities by participating in service planning, as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans as needed. By assisting the Health Care Coordinator and the Resident Director in their duties to supervise, oversee, and coordinate the work of personal service assistants to meet Resident's needs. The Health Care Coordinator Assistant will provide clinical services to residents and assist in training personal service assistants.
We are looking for a Health Care Coordinator Assistant who has a current nursing license in the state and has previous supervisor experience, preferably in a nursing setting, which includes management, coaching and health care services.
Other requirements for the Health Care Coordinator Assistant include:
- LPN License required
- Prefer prior experience in nursing facility with experience supervising direct care staff
- Require at least 1 year of prior experience
- Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
