The PT is responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing a medically prescribed treatment plan established to improve, restore, and compensate for lost function and to facilitate the Home Health patient achieving independence for the optimal physical ability. The PT is responsible for modifying treatment plans and procedures specific and using appropriate communication techniques for specific age groups. The PT applies knowledge of growth and development and the aging process to achieve optimal results. The PT supervises PTA and Home Health Aides according to South Carolina state regulations. Other responsibilities will be assigned as appropriate.
BS or MS in Physical Therapy; eligible for licensure to practice in South Carolina.
Graduate (MS or DPT) from an approved School of Physical Therapy
Graduate (BS or MS) from an approved School of Physical Therapy required
Three (3) years of clinical experience required.

A current license from South Carolina to practice as a PT
Valid SC Drivers License withgood driving record
Maintain CPR certification
