NeuroRestorative is seeking an HR Coordinator to primarily assist with recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientations, scheduling and tracking training, reference checks, background checks, and file maintenance for employees in Massachusetts an Rhode Island.  A minimum of 2 years HR experience is strongly preferred.

NeuroRestorative is a leading provider of post-acute and subacute rehabilitation services for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries and other neurological challenges.  We offer a continuum of care and rehabilitation options in community-based settings to individuals of all ages.  Our personalized programs include residential and day treatment as well as specialized services for children and adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.  We provide expertise and resources of an organization on the cutting edge of clinical care and rehabilitative programs.

NeuroRestorative is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with the recruiting and onboarding of employees, employee orientation and training.  The HR Coordinator reviews safety management implementation and assists with the delivery of best practices.  This individual will also review and maintain employee records, ensure compliance with regulatory and Network standards, and serve as an HR liaison and communication funnel between field and states offices.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years HR related experience required
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
