The Human Resources Generalist performs duties and responsibilities relating to employment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits and other related activities and is responsible for complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings at Chestnut Hill Hospital.��Must have proven abilities to effectively source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for various clinical and non-clinical positions.� Must possess strong customer service skills and knowledgeable of law pertaining to employment.� Experience with applicant management database systems is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management, or a related field preferred.� An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience: * Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources Management with emphasis in recruitment and human resources law.�� Healthcare human resources experience is preferred. * Proven success in sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates for entry level, professional and technical job openings. * Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues. * Knowledge of Federal & State Labor Laws, EEO, AA and HR policies & procedures a must. * Must have the ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law. * Experience with applicant management database systems is preferred. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to organize and prioritize work. * Proficient computer skills including various MicroSoft products. � Licenses/Certificates: PHR preferred
