The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the human resources function including but not limited to recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, HRIS, workers’ compensation and employee relations. Contributes to efficient daily operations and high employee and resident satisfaction.
Qualified applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience is required. Hospitality or senior living industry is a plus.
Additional requirements include:
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher)
• Excellent phone skills, communication and interpersonal skills for effective relations with residents, employees, and visitors
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
