NeuroRestorative is seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to support functions in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Description For NeuroRestorative and The MENTOR Network, a Human Resources Generalist is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every day.   To that end, the Human Resources Generalist role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.   NeuroRestorative Massachusetts is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR function across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  This individual will handle employee relation issues, recruit and source talent, facilitate training programs, manage local workers compensation issues and will collaborate with HR leadership to implement policies and initiatives.  The HR Generalist will administer other assignments and human resources management issues as appropriate.
Qualifications: Requirements:

  • Organized, efficient time management skills required
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-5 years of HR or Recruiter experience in MA (Multiple state helpful)
  • PHR certification preferred
  • Experience with Taleo preferred
