We are looking for several enthusiastic and energetic in-store promoters to join our team as In-Store Marketing Representatives, speaking with customers at major retail outlets about the window covering shop at home service we provide. The In-Store Marketing Rep engages customers, demonstrates products and generates qualified leads for in-home interior design appointments. They also talk with the retail sales associates about our program to build awareness and sales activity. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling that includes weekends.
Ideal candidates are outgoing, personable, and have the drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. The In-Store Marketing Rep will work independently and must be confident in approaching customers in an in-store environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to train store associates on product/promotion are required.

Competitive hourly rate + commission on booked appointments and closed sales. This is a part time position. Hours average 20 per week typically Thursday-Saturday and can include weekends but are flexible depending on market needs.
