Concentrix is seeking highly motivated customer service representatives with excellent communication skills .

 

Job Duties

High quality customer interactions and experiences
Use superb computer skills and multi-tasking abilities
Document customer interactions and properly escalate issues that do not have a known resolution
Represent the company and spirit by demonstrating empathy for the customer, empowering and partnering with the customer
Interact with customer, clients, and agents, as well as other teams and representatives regarding external client’s services and products
Deliver information in answer to general inquiries and assist in the resolution of customer concerns
Assist in processing new business and Policy Owner service request, and other duties as required
 

Qualifications

Positive/ Can-do attitudes only
College degree preferred (but not required)
Past experience in providing support in a call center environment
Critical thinking, problem solving
Persistence and determination
