PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

 

Lead management of planning, timelines and execution for the International marketing team, including but not limited to calendars, innovation processes, creative resources and implementation plans.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Manage calendar planning and timelines, collaborating with franchisees, regional teams and the cross-functional support team on execution
  2. Responsible for preparing implementation plans and results reports for calendar and food & beverage product rollouts
  3. Manage innovation, menu and product development processes, facilitating planning meetings with the cross-functional support team
  4. Manage International creative resources, including photo shoots, creating global support tools, menus and creative library management
  5. Manage system-wide gaming, eSports, league nights and competitive tournaments implementation plans and results reports for International
  6. Supports annual menu architecture analysis and routine reports for period, quarterly and annual meetings as required
  7. Assists with ad hoc projects, presentations and reports to support the Sr. Director, International Marketing

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience required
  • Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred
  • International experience required

 

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

  • Experience with product development, innovation planning, calendar and creative resources management
  • Strong analytical, organizational and written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work and lead collaboration across a wide variety of work styles and personalities in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
  • Ability to communicate at all levels to build relationships and enhance partnerships, both internal and external
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with some supervision

 

DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

  • Authority to lead projects and planning with oversight from Sr. Director, International Marketing

  • None

 

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 25% international and domestic travel possible
