The Identity and Access Management team is seeking a leader to support the strategic roll out, engineering, build and stead state support of several key services: IAMaaS for ESSO, Machine Learning (ML)/Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Access Management as a PO, IAM’s 11 technologies. IAM is going to position this role to help drive further utilization of automation and self-service utilities both inside and outside of IAM. It will be engaging business leaders across the enterprise to ensure; clear definition of service levels, and AI business requirements are realized. It will drive ML, identifying and addressing areas of risk.
Lead large scale programs to integrate the IAM services across the enterprise.
Lead the development automation utilities that are in alignment with enterprise security and best practices
Engage with senior business leaders across the enterprise to define service levels and systems capacity requirements for critical business applications in order to optimize IAM capabilities
Drive segment and UHG wide project activities for IAM implementations such as: IAM as a Service, Cloud, Optum Fisma Environment, Machine Learning and AI
Identify areas of business risk and process improvements relative to IAM and drive a scaled solution.
Proactively communicate high-priority incident escalations, incident/change summaries, and focused service reviews that could impact delays in deployment iterations on an enterprise scale.
Demonstrate understanding of the internal organizational structure, and how work gets done within business and IT organizations.
Identify and engage the appropriate IT stakeholders from all applicable areas.
Advise enterprise architecture teams on ways to improve data security by leveraging Machine Learning and AI.
Ensure corporate wide infrastructure components integrate into Cloud.
Build and maintain metrics for enterprise activity utilization.
Monitor / manage vendor performance to ensure solution and deliverables meets compliance and security needs.
Monitor service delivery, proactively identify risks and remediate them as required.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with key business metrics.
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Identity and Access Management
- 10 or more years of professional IT experience
- 3 or more years experience in a technical leadership role for large IT integration projects or programs.
- Prior experience technically leading distributed teams
- Scripting background in technologies such as machine learning, Cloud, and IAM
- Ability to tune and troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Devops experience in continuous delivery, continuous integration, and technologies such as chef, docker, and PaaS
- Understanding of change management best business practices
- Experience with Agile
- Experience delivering presentations to senior level executives
- Operating system expertise either in windows or UNIX
- Access management and security background preferred in technologies such as PKI, Smart Card, and Active Directory
