MENTOR Oregon

MENTOR Oregon is seeking a part-time Job Developer to assist vocational program participants to learn and succeed in their community jobs.  The candidate will assist participants with their community employment and vocational development goals, and other related program functions in the Bend area. This individual will also implement Individual Service Plans (ISP’s) and promote vocational skill acquisition and increased independence of each program participant.

Description

This is a part-time position around 20 hours per week. Further discussion with candidates surrounding the schedule and weekly hours for this position will take place during the interview.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months experience in Human Services strongly preferred
