Lead Line Cook

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished culinary team.  The selected candidate will have responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in all areas of kitchen.  This position is responsible for creating a high quality food product and leading line cooks and utility workers. 

Job RequirementSun 8am-4:30pm, Mon to Sat shifts vary 12:30pm - 9pm/1:30pm-10pm. Weekends & holidays.

Qualified applicants will possess at least year of experience within a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company required.   High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.  Possess or be willing to obtain Food Handler certificate, as required.  Must possess a valid driver’s license, where applicable.



Additional requirements include:



•Experience in advanced cooking, garde manger, and baking.

•Basic personnel skills.

•Food and labor cost control awareness.

•Knowledge of produce, meat, seafood, poultry and dairy products.

•Ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system.
