Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. The Loan Administration Manager 2 manages the activities and operations of lending products and servicing responsible for specialized cash application, large strategic customer account adjustments, and customer reconciliations including research.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a group of commercial lending team members, exempt and/or non-exempt, Genpact contractors
  • Hiring, coaching, developing and supervising of team members, including decisions relative to performance reviews, terminations, hires, disciplary actions, salary, etc.
  • Ensuring quality customer service provided to internal/external customers
  • Participating in the formulation of work procedures, policies and methods to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo, legal, investor, regulatory, and/or business policies which directly affect the work unit but may have an indirect, if any, effect on other departments or outside customers
  • Managing projects that primarily impact functional area or specific department

As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment
  • 1+ year of management experience
