The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the staged implementation and logistics operations of the numerous phases of the master facilities plan for the System. Areas include SMC Pavilion Upfit, GIBBS Cancer Center Expansion, Pelham Phase 1, Regional Outpatient Center Renovation, Medical Office Building, MGC Practices, Beaumont Mills, and Union Medical Center Visioning Plan. Will work alongside administrators, directors, staff, vendors, and architects to supplement the planning and design work they are currently doing related to the MFP as well as be the lead on the actual moving and relocation of services. Responsibilities include effective communication between different areas of the health system, move management, financial and budgetary forecasting and management, process improvement opportunities, and analytical reviews of plans, specifications, products, and developing problem solutions. <?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />
This is a three year position for the current phase of the MFP.
BS/BA required (Masters preferred); minimum of one year experience (preferred 3 years of experience)
