CareMeridian is seeking a Maintenance Worker to maintain the physical facility, grounds and all equipment in good working repair to ensure a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for CareMeridian.

Responsibilities will be related to the general facilities maintenance projects repairing items, electrical, drywall and experience with testing and attending to the generator on site as well as minor electrical work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance. Assists in the performance of duties necessary to maintaining grounds of two local facilities within the local areas.
Operates machines vital to performing of maintenance and repairs and performs routine repairs on equipment and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems such as plumbing and electrical.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years related experience in maintenance related work
- Working knowledge and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment
- OSHA safety experience or certification
- Trade certification or degree preferred but not required
