Position Summary

Leverage customer behavioral data to drive actionable insights across an Omni Channel organization through the use of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Responsible for maintaining customer analysis as well as managing the analytics roadmap for the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interface with database tables; Pull data from difference sources and link them logically; know how to deal with the inherent structure of data. Use SAS and SQL to perform complex statistical analysis, segmentation and predictive models.
  • Collaborate across business units to provide guidance and strategic direction on how to best leverage insights.
  • Develop and automate dashboards for Key Stakeholders that identify KPIs that allow them to manage the business more effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of two analysts and key analytic vendors.
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive sales and increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing, merchandising and CRM initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Synthesize primary and secondary customer information, prepared and present comprehensive reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and recommending actions from key insights.

Education and Training Required

  • Bachelors Degree Math, Statistics Computer Science

Experience Required

  • 5 to 10 years

Experience Desired

  • 5+ Years leveraging statistical tools (SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, Python) to manipulate large data sets, perform analysis and build predictive models.
  • 3+ Years building reporting and analytic tools. Power BI experience preferred but not required
  • Experience integrating online customer behavior (Web, App, Email, etc..) and integrating with offline purchase behavior
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA, and Visualization best practices
