Manager Loyalty Marketing

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: This position is responsible for the day-to-day marketing for the
loyalty program and 1:1 owned marketing. The Manager is also responsible for understanding the
performance of campaigns and 1:1 marketing through partnership with the loyalty analytics team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Loyalty program marketing -- partner with the brand marketing teams to execute day-today
marketing and campaign management for the loyalty program
2. 1:1 owned marketing -- partner with the brands to execute targeted 1:1 marketing
programs through owned channels
3. Performance analysis -- incorporate insights from loyalty analytics team to adjust and
optimize loyalty campaigns and 1:1 targeted marketing
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
 Significant business ownership experience managing loyalty and 1:1 targeted marketing
programs in hospitality, retail, or consulting environments
 Demonstrated experience in partnering with key stakeholders to deliver results
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
 Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver results
 Conscientious about meeting project deadlines
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense
of humor
 Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn
operations. A strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
 Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
 Availability to travel up to 25%
