Manager Loyalty Operations

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: This position is responsible for the day-to-day marketing of the loyalty program operations. The Manager is also responsible for assisting with a P&L for the program and reporting the results to the company and key stakeholders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Loyalty program marketing -- own day-to-day operations of the Inspire Brands loyalty program
  2. Company stakeholder management -- partner and communicate with key stakeholders within the company to ensure the loyalty program performs optimally
  3. Franchisee relationship management -- provide support and guidance to franchisee partners regarding loyalty program execution, performance, and issues
  4. Performance reporting -- manage reporting of loyalty program performance to company and franchisee leadership, marketing, operations, and finance teams

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree

 

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

  • Significant business ownership experience managing loyalty programs in hospitality, retail, or consulting environments
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with key stakeholders to deliver results

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
  • Conscientious about meeting project deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations. A strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
  • Availability to travel up to 25%
