Manager, Revenue Management

The Manager - Revenue Management is responsible for providing guidance on decisions related to product pricing, promotions, and other discounting initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Marketing leadership in developing the pricing and discounting strategies for Inspire Brands to drive revenue and profit performance in the restaurants. The Manager will deliver insight using statistical tools and methods to solve problems and answer questions from company leadership.



  1. Evaluate financial impact of pricing and discounting initiatives
  2. Create robust quantitative models measuring price elasticity and store-level and menu item performance statistics
  3. Manage implementation requirements of pricing actions, including submitting point-of-sale register requests, menu board changes, and other internal coordination requirements
  4. Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark pricing and discounting activity
  5. Perform complex ad-hoc analysis in a timely manner to facilitate real-time decision making

  1. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative solutions to business challenges
  2. Develop and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations





Required Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or Mathematics) Preferred: MS or MBA



Required Minimum: 3+ years of relevant experience in pricing/revenue management

Preferred: Experience with restaurant pricing, ideally, or retail pricing strongly preferred. 5+ years of total pricing experience, or additional experience in business analysis, data management/reporting, statistics, economics, or other analytical focus areas.



  • Ideal candidate has an inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problems
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.) and database skills (e.g., SQL, Access, etc.) a plus
    • Minimal travel may be required
  • Understands marketing principles and strategy, and possesses strong analytical skills
  • Capable of building pro forma models, return on investment, breakeven, and other data driven analyses
  • Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Effectively interact at all levels of the organization across multiple functional areas
  • Excellent writing, presentation, project management and strong influencing skills required
  • Interest in the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations, and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
