Description Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities; and adults with brain injury. As a Mentor Recruiter with Massachusetts MENTOR you’ll be one of those special people.   Massachusetts MENTOR is seeking a Mentor Recruiter to identify individuals who are interested in opening their home and their heart to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This position will develop and implement recruiting and retention tracking tools needed to continuously attract new Mentors.  As a Mentor Recruiter you will identify, train, and go through the process of certifying individuals to care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  
Qualifications: Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required; preferred focus in human services, marketing or business
  • Three years of related experience required
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
