Position Summary

Provide quality analytical support to our Category Teams in the areas of customer insights, pricing and promotions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Become a proficient user of Customer Insights, Pricing, Promotions, Nielsen, and GE Systems and reporting tools and utilize tools to prepare analytics for Category Teams
  • Build knowledge on customer behavior, market trends, and price and promotions for assigned categories, including Giant Eagle and competitive market.
  • For assigned categories, ensure timely and quality maintenance of item data required for merchandising, customer and pricing analysis.
  • Conduct store visits to both competitors and Giant Eagle stores.

Education and Training Required

  • Bachelors Degree
