The Operations Administrator at Devereux Pocono works to ensure that the operations department is running smoothly, efficiently, and within budget by monitoring scheduling, overtime, budgets, managing time off, and other administrative duties to ensure efficiency in operations. This position is also responsible for oversight of Additional Individualized Staffing (AIS) note review, and the training/mentoring process, to include monitoring Assistant Manager skill set training as part of onboarding. The Operations Administrator will also assist in conducting interviews, data tracking, and will act as a back-up for the Operations Manager as needed.

Education: High school diploma rerquired. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders, a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, and a minimum of 3 years administrative experience required. Must have valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheets. Experience managing scheduling and budgets preferred. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
