The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.
Within the Operations team our Operations Services and Delivery team supports and provides processing activities for customer transactions, fulfillment, account maintenance and reconcilement and research for internal and external customers. Our environment is energetic and innovative; we are committed to providing superior service, and we work to achieve Wells Fargo's business goals.The Product Open group is responsible for processing online applications for consumer deposit products and services. Perform risk management functions and establish new accounts on systems. Contact customers via telephone to complete risk screening and new account processing. Once the account(s) are open they also set up the services the customer requested such as debit card, overdraft protection, overdraft debit service, online banking, check orders, and bill pay.
May also perform a variety of operational tasks for the most complex processes and functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Uses multiple online systems. Duties may include: reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed; resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records. Works under general supervision following established procedures. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Permanent Schedule 9:30am-6pm AZ time with rotating Saturdays 8-4:30pm
8 week training 8-4:30pm
Overtime may be required based on business needs and the work schedule can change based on business needs Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations experience
- Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Hogan, CCM, SVP, and CIV
In depth knowledge of financial services and bank products
Experience opening accounts
