Description
The Associate of Organizational Effectiveness will support the implementation of a wide range of organizational effectiveness tools and methods to ensure One Kings Lane achieves our corporate objectives in the most operationally-efficient and cost-centric manner. Activities include organizational alignment and design, strategy development, change management, process and project management. This role will participate in high-impact support and solution activities across the company, including the implementation of key initiatives that support the organization’s objectives and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Effectiveness: Assist the Director of Organizational Effectiveness with a wide range of organizational effectiveness solutions, including organizational design, process development, employee engagement, management and leadership development, succession and strategy integration.

  • Organizational Structure: Partner with the Director of Organizational Effectiveness to conduct organizational needs assessments, analyze results, and recommend appropriate interventions. Design and develop integrated people, process, tool solutions based on findings and implement programs based on results to enhance organizational effectiveness, productivity, and engagement.

  • Change Management: Work with teams to integrate change management activities as new ways of working emerge. Assist with developing strategy to building change capability in the organization, including strategies that maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance to organizational decisions and changes.

  • Measurement Systems: Measure the effectiveness of programs, systems, tools and processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Roadmap Management: Maintain corporate roadmap and communicate updates to the organization, including stakeholder, managers, and individual contributors.

  • Communication Management: Communicate new processes, procedures, and policies company wide. Provide administrative support, including preparing communications and presentation materials, managing and maintaining calendars, and scheduling and running meetings.

  • Industry Knowledge: Gain knowledge of advances in organizational effectiveness, process management, change management and employee engagement methodologies to improve capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, 2-4 years of related experience

  • Experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, and Human Resources preferred

  • Proactive and advanced verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly detail oriented and organized

  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrates high level of confidentiality and personal and professional maturity

  • Exhibites engagement, enthusiasm, and commitment to client service and deliverables

  • Ability to foster and develop relationships with business partners and colleagues

  • Experience working in a high impact, high volume environment

  • General administrative experience, including scheduling and calendar management
