Position Summary

Our Guest Service, Lot Attendant Team Member ensures that our guests arrive and leave our store with the best impression and the safest environment. In addition to providing unparalleled guest service and supporting the Guest Service team, you'll be the one we look to make sure that we are promoting and ensuring guest loyalty. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
  • Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a foodie culture by sharing excitement and passion for food with Team Members and guests.
  • Inspire your fellow Team Members and our guests with a passion for food and a willingness to go the Extra Mile to provide the best product.
  • Effectively clear lot of carts, debris, and litter.
  • Bag guest groceries at Guest Service registers.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, stocking, filling and rotating merchandise
  • Maintain excellent communication with store management team and guest services team at all times
  • Greet and assist guests with a smile, and assist them in locating what they need by taking them to the correct department.

Education and Training Required

  • No High School diploma required

Experience Required

  • 0 to 6 months

Age Requirement

  • At least 16 years of age
