This role is challenging. You'll need to have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential as these prescriptions are critical to our members' health and well-being.
- Administrative back up support for entering clinician visit logs for nursing billing to be done daily and up to date no later than a week out.
Assist with nursing billing, discharges, faxing of POT's and tracking of returned POT's
- Positions in this function are responsible for checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic. Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s)
- Moderate work experience within own function.
- Some work is completed without established procedures.
- Basic tasks are completed without review by others.
- Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Computer proficiency to include creating, editing, saving, printing, and sending documents and spreadsheets.
- Must be able to work 16-18 hours per week. Monday through Friday. Days and hours are flexible, but minimum shift is 4 hours / day up to 4 days a week.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30+ WPM
- Able to work additional hours as needed
