Ideal candidate for this position will
be able to communicate compassionately with patients to better
understand our clients’ needs in the home while on service.
Positions in this function include more
traditional administrative / clerical support roles including:
answering the telephone, typing / word processing of documents,
maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel
arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files,
tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of corporate office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word (create
and edit documents), Microsoft Excel (input data, run reports, and
manipulate data), Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit decks), and
Microsoft Outlook (manage email and calendar to schedule nursing staff)
- Ability to work a part time shift (20 - 25 hours a week)
- Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - read, write and speak
