Program and Network Integrity (PNI) is responsible for anti-fraud, waste, abuse and error (FWAE) activities in the behavioral health services market. This specialized team consists of a variety of individuals with roles and responsibilities to detect investigate and prevent FWAE from occurring. PNI encompasses Special Investigations Unit (SIU) activities as well as expanded efforts to improve the system and function of the organization.

- Lead provider education sessions with providers
- Analyze and interpret data; communicate information to PNI team and / or providers
- Engage with internal PNI staff to support efforts as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree
- AAPC Certification (CPC)
- 3+ years healthcare auditing / coding experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Healthcare insurance experience
- Previous clinical work experience with behavioral health
- Previous work experience on a fraud, waste, and abuse team
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
