MENTOR Maryland

MENTOR Maryland's Medically Fragile Treatment Foster Care program offers a unique and exciting opportunity in the field of pediatric nursing!  Our program provides foster homes for children who have chronic health conditions as well as intellectual and physical disabilities. Each foster home has a primary stay-at-home parent.  The program has already served over 700 medically fragile foster children with a high success rate in facilitating adoption or reunification with birth family so children do not linger in the foster care system.  You can be an integral part of our team's work to ensure successful outcomes for foster children!

  • Writing care plan goals
  • Training caregivers
This position is a 40 hr/week, salaried position.  Our office hours are 9:00 to 5:00, Monday - Friday; however, being available for phone consultation or questions after hours is required.
