This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (9:00am to 6:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.Our office is located at 7159 Corklan Drive, Jacksonville, FL.

- Research prescription status
- Contact providers to secure valid prescriptions
- Verify member and provider data
- Create and submit orders in the computer system
- Work closely with team of pharmacists to ensure appropriate and successful routing of provider calls
- Contact members to validate data, request payment information and establish priority of order, if applicable
This role is challenging. You’ll need to have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing prescriptions for other pharmacy support staff or for our members. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential as these prescriptions are critical to our member's health and well-being.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application
- Prior call center experience a plus
