Job Description Details:
- Responsible for maintaining all areas of his zone. Coordinates repairs with other staff and agencies to assure compliance with local codes, guidelines, and informs supervisor of any problems.
- Responsible for meeting required standards established around the organization's commitment to promote customer satisfaction, economics, productivity, innovation, people growth, and organizational climate.
- Make rounds and equipment checks as required.
- High School Diploma
- Technical training in mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and/or plumbing.
- Must have a valid Ohio drivers license.
