We need an experience product manager and Agile coach to lead the strategic design and build of our product strategy, roadmap and organization.
If you are located in or near the Twin Cities area, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.
Think strategically to translate a vision of customer experience into processes and requirements
Work with Transformation Office leadership to design an overarching product strategy and organization
Coach and develop product owners
Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives
Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across multiple areas including technology, marketing, and service operations
Reviews product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance.
May work with internal or external business constituents to determine product future direction or respond to product inquiries.
May be project-based and involve working within multiple product functions.
Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Certified Agile product manager, coach or scrum master
Use of VOC/customer experience in decision making
Proven track record in assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
Self-starter, able to work with minimal guidance; may seek guidance on only the most complex tasks
Clearly translates concepts into practice
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others, particularly in a highly matrixed environment
Provider or Network Operations
Track record of collaboration with business partners
