•Analyze customer problems & service requests and resolve them within agreed service levels
• Use troubleshooting/ debugging techniques and tools to Analyze technical problems.
• Engage Development teams for issues that need a resolution through code fixes.
• Recreate reported issues, provide feedback to the Development Team on Product feature enhancements. Test software issue corrections
• Provide business support for critical issues
• Become SME for our flagship products
Communicate clearly with clients
Must be proficient in troubleshooting/ debugging techniques and tools to Analyze technical problems.
•First level issue investigation and analysis
Patch management and Change management activity
Follow Change management process
Ability to work with multiple teams along with customer to resolve any issue
Follow Change management process
