(INSERT PARTNER) is seeking a Program Director, Day/Vocational to manage the day to day operations for a single day or vocational program. The Program Director, Day/Vocational is responsible to supervise all employees for the assigned vocational program, including the Program Supervisor, Day/Vocational who may assist in the supervision of other employees. The Program Director, Day/Vocational ensures quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements.  The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedules staff.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree plus two to three years of experience in the human services industry
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
  • For the State of Arizona, Behavior Health programs must meet BHT requirements
