REM Ohio is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations for vocational and residential programs. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements and have experience with vocational programs. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.
This position will be responsible for group homes, 24/7 one on one sites, and drop in services throughout Marion, Crawford, Wyandot, and Seneca Counties.
- Bachelor’s degree required and two to three years of experience in the human services industry is preferred.
- History of successful supervisory competencies is required.
- Documented successes with developing and leading teams.
- Availability to work a variety of hours and be available for emergency assistance in assigned programs.
- Experience in residential settings a must
