You will serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation.  Assist with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups in coordinating and completing clinical program projects, define performance and results and manage vendors and service providers.  You will take the lead on investigating non - standard requests and problems, makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle and expected results.  Also, ensure project documentation is accurate and projects are completed on time and within scope.  Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for leading projects end - to - end to ensure business process activities are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and works with the team in developing solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
  • Assist in the development and / or on-going management and administration of formulary strategy programs
  • Provides implementation support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 3+ years Formulary knowledge
  • 5+ years of PBM experience
  • 2+ years of PBM Operations experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word including data entry and documentation creation
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort, filter, work within tables, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and utilize formulas)
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint including presentation creation
  • Experience using Microsoft Access (ability to perform queries and report data)
  • Experience using Microsoft Project (develop plans, assign resources to tasks and analyze workloads)
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio (create diagrams and charts)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy Technician Licensed in the State of CA
  • Program Management experience
  • Claims experience
  • Marketing materials experience
