Pennsylvania MENTOR is looking for a compassionate, organized individual to support our Shared Living Program in the Pittston area. Our Program Services Clinical Coordinators are part of a valuable team of human service workers who strive to improve the lives of adults living with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

Pennsylvania MENTOR is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assess the ongoing need for therapeutic services at a client’s current level of care, coordinate services provided to clients and ensure the quality of care delivered.  This individual may also provide therapeutic services to clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Service field required
  • Two years experience working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
